FAQ

What postage service do you use?

I use Australia Post for all my shipping. I currently ship small parcels, such as jewellery, via priority, which means parcels arrive (within Australia) in 1-2 business days. All other parcels are posted via standard mail, unless stated otherwise. Standard takes 2-6 business days to reach its Australian address. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, If you are interested in a product that doesn't show international postage, please contact me.  

International parcels are posted via Air Mail and will take 2-4 weeks to arrive, but usually 2 weeks. 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on jewelry and hair clips for hygiene reasons. Should you feel your item is not as it has been described on the website, please contact to discuss further. 

We do not take responsibility for items damaged during transit. 

Are your items handmade?

All earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, and hair clips are handmade by me, except the crochet components. Other designers/creators of other handmade items will be credited in the listing where possible. 

Do you do custom orders?

I am currently unable to take custom orders. However, contact me and I can advise when I will be able to.
